WANDRD, One Of The Best Packs!

We are passionate photographers, travelers, commuters, creators, and explorers, and we needed a pack that could keep up with our adventurous lifestyle. But we also wanted it to look incredible, and the perfect combination of style and function wasn't out there, so we decided to make it.

When we set out, our goal wasn't just to create a great travel and camera bag. We wanted to encourage others to stop focusing on the monotony of daily life and to really live.

A great bag does more than carry your stuff. A great bag evokes action and facilitates adventure, all while being so intuitive, you forget it's even there.

No matter what you're doing, we build each bag with one purpose – to help you focus on the moment.

And that is why we offer:

Limited Lifetime Warranty – We stand behind our products. If there is a manufacturer defect, we will fix or replace it for free!

30 Day Return Policy – We get it, sometimes you need to sleep on it. And we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we have given you 30 days to change your mind and return what you bought. Just email us at returns@wandrd.com and we'll have you send the items back to us (with the tags still attached).

High Quality and Innovative Gear – We promise not to be content with mediocrity. We will only use the highest quality materials and will constantly look for ways to improve. In fact, we would love to hear your feedback and ideas for making our products even better. Email us at suggestions@wandrd.com.

Sometimes a better mousetrap come along, with bike transportation, this happens every year or so. Everyone trying to make it easier, quicker and the ability to handle multiple bikes. I love roof mounted bike racks, they have their downfalls, mostly, garages. UpSide seems to have something pretty good. If you already have a factory roof rack or aftermarket, you do all the work on the ground, lift it up and twist to secure it to your car.

Simple!

Crazy Fast Tri Bike,

Crazy fast, Crazy fast, The Andean Project had one goal: to produce the best triathlon bike possible. A collaboration between Diamondback, KQ Studios, and unjaded aerodynamicists from outside the cycling industry, this bike achieves its singular purpose.

The Aero Core is the heart of Andean, and reflects our integrated design approach. This bike was designed from the center of the wheels—the least aerodynamic area—in towards the middle of the frame, then up. The Aero Core is the result: one large airfoil, it begins with the front wheel, transitions over the bottom bracket and exits off the rear wheel. Laminar flow across the entire system is improved, dramatically reducing drag at every yaw angle.

This is going to change everything, with thinking like this and everyone wanting to go faster, the ICU will have to make the change to the rules.

How To Swing A Kettlebell, Correctly!

Gear Patrol, nails this:
Exercising with kettlebells has a whole range of benefits, from building strength to burning fat, not to mention reducing the chance of injuring your lower back. But since just picking up a pencil awkwardly can blow out your back, we asked StrongFirst COO and certified kettlebell instructor Craig Marker about proper basic form. “The kettlebell swing is one of my go-to exercises for beginner to advanced athletes. It’s much simpler to teach than Olympic barbell movements, and it provides overlapping benefits like strength, speed, and explosiveness.” But that’s if you do it right. So make sure you know the basic movements before you go swinging heavy ass kettlebells in front of your gym’s floor-to-ceiling mirrors.
Hinge, don’t squat. Properly swinging a kettlebell is less of a squatting movement and more of bend at the hips. More accurately, the hips go back and the knees only bend slightly. “Think about this position as a jump. If you try to jump forward as far as possible, the bottom position is the same position that you use at the bottom of the kettlebell swing.”
Explode with your hips, not your arms. “If you think of a bullet being fired out of agun, it receives all of its power initially and then relies on momentum to get to its destination.” The same goes for a kettlebell swing. All the power in getting the kettlebell up in the air comes from the hips. Your arms are just along for the ride.

Your arms aren’t completely useless. Keep your elbows locked and your shoulders back. As the kettlebell arcs upward your lats are engaged, keeping your upper back tight, which Marker says “provides more protection to your lower back during the swing.” And don’t worry about how high the kettlebell peaks. It’s supposed to float up once your hips are in their forward-most position and you’re standing up straight.
Now for the downswing. “It’s like playing chicken with your crotch. You have to wait until the last second to hinge your hips and let the kettlebell pass between your upper thighs.” If your forearms are hitting your lower thighs, you lower back is doing too much work. Now that you’re at the starting position again, do it all over.
Final tip. Use the right weight. If you’re proficient with your swing, a heavier weight will build more explosive power. But adjust the weight according to your experience and proficiency. The key is to be explosive, so don’t jump up in weight too fast, too soon.

PUMP Tracks ROCK!

Pump track rock, plan and simple. If more USA municipalities welcomed them, kids would be outside more, rather than in front on the TV, Phone, or computer.

Nikon, Enters the Action Cam Space!

Nikon made a surprising announcement at CES today when it unveiled its first ever action camera. Even more surprising was that it will shoot 360-degree video. Even more surprising than that was that this is just the first in what will be a "family" of action cameras.
The new camera is called the KeyMission 360, a name that is as dull as the actual product is exciting. We don't know much about it — Nikon wouldn't give us a release date, a price, or specs like battery life. But we do know that Nikon's already building out a system of accessories and mounts, and that the camera can shoot 4K UHD footage. And we do know that there's now another huge presence in both the action camera and360-degree video markets. Talk about two birds with one stone.
