Now I got one about 8 years ago, and I still use it today, Bowflex also said that they would give me $1000 towards a new machine on a trade-in, not bad. Let me start by saying this is one of the best machines going, some might remember that Schwinn made one, I am not sure if Nautilus bought them but there are similarities, and the Ultimate XTL (top of the line at the time) is great. Bowflex has since come out with a new model called the Ultimate 2 and let me tell you this thing kick ass. I do not know why some healthclubs do not have these but they should. The one feature that I think is the best is the Cable Change Pulley System – go from one exercise to another without changing cables making your workout faster, you can even use it as a stationary rowing machine. Over 95 exercises upgradeable 410 pounds of Power Rods. Chek it out.
